Brie - 1 pound
You will absolutely love this delicious, extra-creamy 1/2 kilo (over 1 pound) Brie. This custom-sized Brie is of outstanding quality, very much unlike any supermarket version you have ever sampled. It goes perfectly with Champagne and makes a great centerpiece to a romantic evening. Enjoy a French national treasure - authentic French Brie!

Camembert
Born centuries ago in Normandy, one of France’s most fertile regions, authentic Camembert is still exclusively produced there. The Norman dairy farms, covered with delicious grass for cows to graze upon, are peppered with apple trees that protect the rich soil. In fact, some people claim to be able to taste a hint of apple beneath the creamy suppleness of fresh Camembert. A similar cheese to Brie, Camembert is formed into smaller wheels and may have a slightly more robust flavor than its larger cousin. Firm when chilled or runny at room temperature, with bread, fruit or nuts, there are many ways to enjoy this wonderful cheese. Best when eaten at room temperature.

La Mere Poulard Galettes Twin-Pack
La Mere Poulard is the name of a very famous restaurant in "Le Mont Saint Michel," started in the 19th century. Owned by an old woman (La Mere Poulard), who was an excellent cook, the restaurant still exists today and is quite popular. Now the name "Mere Poulard" has come to stand for quality. These sinful Galettes (French butter cookies) are light and buttery and come in an enchanting French box.

P'tit Basque
This semi-hard, Manchego-type sheep’s milk cheese is handmade in the French Pyrenees. The Pyrenees Mountain range, a natural border that divides France and Spain, is populated by the Basques, a people who have their own customs and language. Although the Basques live on both sides of the border, they produce this cheese on the French side. Amidst the breath taking, rolling mountains of the Pyrenees, vast pastures stretch as far as the eye can see, providing fertile grazing for milk-producing sheep. P'tit Basque, made from pure sheep's milk, has a rather dry texture and an earthy, nutty flavor. It comes to us in a whole, uncut cylinder, offering a beautiful presentation as well as a lovely taste.

Picholine Olives
The Picholine is a type of olive grown in Provence, France. It is a green, medium-sized olive that is cured in brine. Although these olives are green, they are fully ripe when picked from the tree in mid-November. As early as the 18th century, producers of Picholine olives in Aix-en-Provence were stoning their olives and replacing the stone with capers, anchovies, tuna, and pimiento. This was the beginning of the tradition of stuffing olives, a popular practice still today. Our Picholine olives are unstuffed and still contain their stone. They come in a glass jar with an attractive cloth cover.
